- Data integration, especially of correlated, heterogeneous, high-dimensional data
- Estimating equations and the Generalized Method of Moments
- Methods that leverage recent computing and algorithmic developments, with a focus on divide-and-conquer, distributed estimation and inference, and parallel computing
